CUSTOMER AGREEMENT


For Residential Pickup 

Collection Schedule

Normal collections are made once weekly. Pickups for Locust Grove are Mondays. Orange County pickups are on Tuesdays. Pickups for the Lake Anna area are on Wednesdays or Thursdays

  We ask that trash is put out the night before the pickup!


Holiday Collections

 Exceptions to the normal pickup days are legal holidays, which are New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and on days when severe weather conditions prohibit collections. Holiday collections will be made one day later for the holiday. For example, if the holiday is on Wednesday, Tuesday collections would remain on the same day, and Wednesday/Thursday/Friday pickups would shift to Thursday/Friday/Saturday pickups. 


Collectible Refuse

All refuse generated from normal household operations such as: animal, fruit or vegetable food waste which has been drained and wrapped to prevent leaking. Paper, cardboard, plastic, glass, metal containers that are less than 5 gallon capacity. Rags, COLD ASHES, and similar materials, grass, leaves and brush.


WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT WHAT IS IN YOUR CONTAINER WITH WEEKLY PICKUP. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT BULK GARBAGE PILES WITH REGULAR WEEKLY PICKUP.


Non-Collectible Refuse

At NO time will we collect the following: PAINT CANS, OIL/GREASE, DIRT, ROCKS, SOD, water logged refuse, large tree stumps, partially burned fireplace logs, HOT ASHES, poisons, acids, caustics, gasoline, oil and other inflammable items, explosives, ammunition, televisions, dead animals, human and animal feces, paint or any acceptable refuse that is not placed in an approved container, tied or bundled.


Special Collections

The following items are not acceptable for removal at regular collections: major appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, water heaters, dryer, washing machines, rugs, furniture, large toys, building fixtures such as bath tubs, sinks, toilets, shower stalls, and construction material. SPECIAL COLLECTIONS MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE.


Refuse Containers

Refuse must be placed in metal or plastic containers that are watertight and vermin proof. The containers must be equipped with the tight fitting cover and have handles. BECAUSE PLASTIC CONTAINERS BREAK EASILY IN COLD WEATHER, WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES TO THESE TYPES OF CONTAINERS.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ARTICLES LEFT ON OR NEAR TRASH CANS.


Point of Collection

Collections will be made from the curb or from a point that is easily accessible from the main road. No collections will be made from enclosures such as garages, porches (unless opted for porch pickup), or when animals prevent the collectors from reaching the refuse. After more than 3 inches of snowfall, refuse must be placed in an area that has been cleared of snow or to the side of the road.

DRIVEWAY SERVICE DISCLOSURES

For Driveway service the cans must be placed somewhere accessible to our trucks. There must be no low hanging branches that can damage equipment, and there must be sufficient turnaround space for our trucks. 

 CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT PREMIER TRASH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO DRIVEWAYS DUE TO TRUCK USAGE. 


Billing

Bills are due by the 1st of the first month depending on your payment schedule. Payment must be made in advance. A late charge will be added on any unpaid balances over 10 days late. Also we do not  ACCEPT DEDUCTIONS FROM BILLS UNLESS THEY HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY ARRANGED BY THE COLLECTOR AND THE CUSTOMER. Unprovided service is defined as refuse collection service which is not provided to the customer due to failure of the collector and which has been reported to the collector at the time of such failures. Severely inclement weather, holidays, collections within 24 hours of scheduled collections, inaccessibility to containers, unreported missed collections, and failure of customers to pay their bills when due are not collector failures and credit/refunds will not be authorized in these instances.


Termination of Services

IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY PREMIER TRASH LLC IN WRITING 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DISCONTINUING SERVICE. (NON-PAYMENT OF BILLS, CUSTOMER NOT PUTTING OUR GARBAGE, OR CUSTOMER INFORMING THEIR DRIVER DOES NOT CONSTITUTE DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE)

For every customer you refer you will receive ONE FREE MONTH OF SERVICE. Refer 4 customers, get 4 months free? The program is limitless!

Tell your friends and family about our service and if they are interested have them use your name when they sign up. They can type your name in the comments section on our website when they signup, or use your name when they call in to sign up. Either way you save!

The new customer MUST USE YOUR NAME and also MUST SIGN UP AND PAY FOR SERVICE.  Quotes do not apply.
